What is the warranty and who issues it?
According to the law, the only document confirming the issuing of a warranty is an
individual warranty print. The warranty is a document containing data of the customer, the product and its application in the place of installation. It also defines
the conditions on the basis of which claims can be asserted. BratexUSA issues theirwarranty during the purchase of a product, through authorized dealers.
Technical recommendations of sheet usage
The conditions of the environment in which the sheet and gutters are installed impose a requirement of conducting regular roof maintenance. BratexUSA has prepared its own technical recommendations of sheet usage, which instruct on the
best treatment of our products during unloading, storage, installation and maintenance.
These terms are also a basis for the fulfillment of warranty conditions on
the part of the customer. The terms are supplied to the customer during the purchase of our products. |
